Please do the following to authorize your WhatsApp archiving.
- Open WhatsApp on your mobile device
- Open the “Settings”
- Select “Linked Devices”
- Select the “Link Device” button and use the WhatsApp camera scan the QR code to link your device (be sure to keep your device and the web page open until linking is complete.
After linking your device please note that all text messages from contacts/groups and communities will be archived. If you have personal contacts/groups/communities please be sure to edit your WhatsApp service in our portal to select one of the following options:
“Archive all data except from the group and contacts listed” or “Archive data only from the group and contacts listed” and you can select the groups/contacts needed. Otherwise all messages will be archived.
