To prevent flagging of messages from certain domains or email addresses, for example newsletters or daily spam reports, you can use Allowed List policies in the Policies tab. Please see the steps and screenshot below.
- Go to the Users menu item.
- Check the box of the first user that needs to have their RingCentral chats archived.
- Check the box of the next user that needs to have their RingCentral chats archived (continue to do this for as many users as you like).
- Click on the Add Services button.
- Check the box next to RingCentral Chat.
- Click on the Add button.
