If you are unable to reauthorize your social media archiving then most likely your browser has some security software that is blocking our authorization. If you can please try it from your phone that should allow you to authorize. Note, if your phone is on the same WIFI connection you may want to disconnect it and try over the cell connection if you have the same issue.
Also, if you can, please ask your IT group to allow our compliance portal address with any URL starting with https://portal.messagewatcher.com/* to bypass your web proxy/security that would help.
