Finding total GBs stored in your MessageWatcher archive is easy – the Storage Volume Usage Report shows how many MBs are stored for each user.
- Go to the Reports Tab
- Choose a Date Range
- Choose the Storage-Volume Usage Report
- Click on the Run button
- Hit the Export Excel button to export the report to a .xls format
This storage report displays hosted users, their total associated message count and total size in megabytes. This report works with compiled monthly data that is computed and updated during the first week of each month. A report from the first of the month and any day in that month will generate the same results until more than one month is selected that includes the first of the next month.
