1. To export a list of the words or phrases in a policy first go to the Policies tab.
  2. Click on the Policy that you would like to export.
  3. Click on the Rules tab.
  4. Click the Rules Export button.
  5. Follow the prompts to export the rules in that policy to a .csv file onto your computer.
