Here is information about how to configure your website so MessageWatcher flags policy violations based on your Policies and Rules:
1 – Add a new group and name it something like “Website Compliance” and assign the polices that you would like to use for flagging content for review.
2 – Add a new user and use the email address shown on the website general information tab. This user should be a member of the new “Website Compliance” group created in the 1st step.
Webpages that contain phrases that are included in the assigned policies will be flagged for review and will be shown under the “Flagged Review” in your compliance portal.
