If MyRepChat is sending all of your organization’s text conversations to you with employee names in the email subject:

  1. Go into your MessageWatcher portal.
  2. Click on the Search option in the left sidebar.
  3. Choose your date range
  4. Click on the + button next to “Domain” to expand that search box.
  5. Enter “mail.ionlake.com”
  6. Click Apply then hit the Run button.
