- Go to the Users tab on the left sidebar.
- Click on the name of the user you wish to change or update.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Click on the Add New Address button.
- Type in a new email address
- Click on the Primary radio button next to the email address that you want to use as the primary email address.
- If the user has Reviewer or Admin privileges, or Self-Reviewer privileges, then you can change the Login Name in the Login Name box.
- Once finished, click on the Save button.

9. Start updating login name or default email address.
