MessageWatcher can archive your RingCentral texts, voicemails, call logs and faxes. You can either get a new number or port/move your existing numbers over to RingCentral. If you choose to get new numbers for your team you would assign those numbers in your RingCentral account to each person needing a new phone then you can start using RingCentral right away. You could then use the RingCentral app on your phone or computer to make calls and/or send SMS messages. Those numbers can then be enabled for monitoring/archiving in MessageWatcher.

Note, since you may want to keep your existing numbers on your mobile devices, we recommend using new RingCentral numbers. If you move your mobile number to RingCentral your cell phone will need a new number from your cellular carrier. You can think of adding the RingCentral service as being like if you purchased a new cell phone, you can either keep your number or get assigned a new one.
After you have new or existing numbers ready at RingCentral let [email protected] know and we will enable the archiving. With RingCentral you can choose which phone numbers have SMS capability; we would only enable those for archiving.
