How do I allow messages from specific emails or domains to not get flagged?

To prevent flagging of messages from certain domains or email addresses, for example newsletters or daily spam reports, you can use Allowed List policies in the Policies tab.  Please see the steps and screenshot below.

  1. Go to the Policies menu item.
  2. Click on the Allowed Sender Domain Policy (or the Allowed Sender Email Policy for a single email address).
  3. Type in the domain name (or the email address if you are using the Allowed Sender Email Policy).
  4. Click on the “Add” button.
