- Go to the Users tab.
- Click on the box next to each person’s name for those who are going to have WhatsApp accounts archived.

- Click on the Add Services button
- Click on the WhatsApp checkbox
- Click the Add button

Next, you will want to get each employee a link or QR code to authorize archiving of their WhatsApp account.
- Click on the Users tab in the left sidebar.
- Click on a User’s name
- Click on the Edit button
- Click on the WhatsApp tab in the upper right.
- Click on the Send Authorization Link button to send the user a link to authorize WhatsApp archiving.


Or, if you are authorizing your own account, follow the steps in the screenshot below.
- Click on the Users tab in the left sidebar.
- Click on your name
- Click on the WhatsApp tab
- Click on the Get QR Code button
- Follow the steps in the QR Codes box (please don’t just take a picture of the QR code as that won’t open anything).
