1. Go to the Users tab.
  2. Click on the box next to each person’s name for those who are going to have WhatsApp accounts archived.

  4. Click on the Add Services button
  5. Click on the WhatsApp checkbox
  6. Click the Add button

Next, you will want to get each employee a link or QR code to authorize archiving of their WhatsApp account.

  1. Click on the Users tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on a User’s name
  3. Click on the Edit button
  4. Click on the WhatsApp tab in the upper right.
  5. Click on the Send Authorization Link button to send the user a link to authorize WhatsApp archiving.

Or, if you are authorizing your own account, follow the steps in the screenshot below.

  1. Click on the Users tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on your name
  3. Click on the WhatsApp tab
  4. Click on the Get QR Code button
  5. Follow the steps in the QR Codes box (please don’t just take a picture of the QR code as that won’t open anything).
