Below is a list of what MessageWatcher can archive for Zoom users:

  • Meeting/webinar video or audio only – 70 minutes video, 120 minutes audio limit
  • Meeting chat included with meeting archiving only
  • SMS, voicemails, and call logs for each registered phone number
  • SMS archiving includes attachments
  • Out of meeting chat is archived using journaling
  • History of up to 90 days for new accounts
  • Call logs include all inbound and outbound call history for archived numbers with status (answered, abandoned, voicemail)
  • Users with one or more phone numbers will archive SMS, call logs and voicemails to all configured numbers.
  • Call Queues with one or more phone numbers will archive SMS, call logs and voicemails for all configured numbers.
  • Auto Receptionist numbers support one or more phone numbers, and we will archive all SMS, call logs and voicemails.
  • Transcripts for voicemails are also supported to allow for policy scanning on archived voicemails

 

Authorization:

  • Zoom requires only a one-time authorization using an admin account.
