  1. Did you request the service on your initial order form, send an email to request the service, or use the to let us know you wanted this archived?
  2. Did you reauthorize the archiving of this service when a reauthorization request was sent? Social media platforms require reauthorization so services can’t access your content indefinitely.
  3. If yes to both of the questions above please email with details.
