MessageWatcher is set up to allow 4 exports per day, with 60,000 records per export. This allows you to get 1.2 million records per workweek. To create a new export if you already have four listed you must delete one of the existing exports.
- Click on the Exports tab
- Highlight one or more previous exports.
- Click on the delete (trash can) icon to remove that export file.
